I haven't received a tracking number
Tracking numbers are emailed once your order ships, usually within 1–2 business days. Check your spam folder, then contact us if it hasn't arrived.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.
My tracking hasn't updated
Carriers can take 24–48 hours to show the first scan. If there's no update after 5 business days, contact us and we'll look into it.
Can I change my address?
Contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet.
